Your NeuConnections Team

meet our team

Dr. Trevor Peck, MD

Medical Director, Anesthesiologist

Dr. Peck is the Medical Director of NeuConnections and a renowned Board Certified Anesthesiologist and who has dedicated his life to deliver quality care and helping others live their lives fully.

Dr. Peck graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University before pursuing his doctoral degree at the LSU School of Medicine where he graduated in 2008. He underwent his residency in anesthesiology at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and has been an anesthesiologist since 2009. Dr. Peck’s background includes high-volume neurosurgery, obstetrics, trauma, pediatrics, and CV experience, as well as rotations in acute and chronic pain. He is estimated to have treated over 9,000 patients and has been supervising ketamine therapy for almost a decade.

Dr. Trevor Peck believes that education is the key to achieving systemic change. As a certified, practicing anesthesiologist who has worked in settings ranging from Level 1 trauma to rural care, he believes that patients would benefit the greatest if ketamine was considered a standard component of mainstream treatment rather than a fringe, alternative treatment choice.

Dr. Peck prefers you call him Trevor and his holistic view of health and wellness is core to how NeuConnections operates. His outlook and experience stresses the importance of looking at the whole person and considering the emotional, environmental, spiritual, and lifestyle values that make us who we are.

In his free time, you can find Trevor exploring the outdoors, at the golf course, skiing in the mountains, following the SEC, and spending time with his daughter.

Adam Gremp

Clinic Director & Lead Guide

At NeuConnections, Adam serves as a guide for individuals seeking deeper understanding and exploration of the possibilities offered by the psychedelic experience.

Driven by his experiences with plant medicines and the potential of ketamine therapy, Adam co-founded NeuConnections with a mission to assist Veterans, First Responders, and the wider community in acknowledging their mental health struggles and discovering their inner voice, knowing that we all have the tools we need within, we just need to unlock them. He is a trained Psychedelic Integration Coach and advocates for mental health, suicide prevention, and supporting families affected by suicide.

Adam served active duty from 2004 to 2013 after enlisting in the United States Navy and volunteering for the U.S. Submarine Force to challenge himself and serve his country. Adam was selected to ensure the safety of nuclear weapons and assist the ship’s Captain with the completion of their missions and the safety of their crew while operating submarine combat control systems. While excelling in the military, Adam recognized and experienced firsthand how the culture, deployments, and pressures put on servicemembers could lead to severe isolation, stress, addiction, trauma, and mental health issues. He mentored struggling sailors and recognized the need for alternative ways to make a difference.

After leaving the Navy and relocating to Colorado, Adam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Sustainability from the University of Colorado. He aimed to inspire change and holistic living in harmony with the environment. Adam then worked in natural resources and with non-profit organizations but faced challenges that left him feeling disconnected from his purpose.

Adam found his next calling as a 911 Dispatcher at the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, providing support to those in emergency situations by connecting quickly with those Coloradans in need who were scared and suffering. Despite his passion for this work, he knew he could do more to help people beyond those brief phone calls.

Alison McGinty, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor, KAP Program Director

Alison has over 10 years of experience working with people experiencing a variety of challenges, such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and struggles with past trauma. She is primarily relational in her approach, striving to create authentic connections with her clients and foster an atmosphere of safety, openness, trust, and compassion.

Alison believes that human beings have a natural tendency toward health and healing. She offers her clients support and guidance in that process.
Alison works primarily with adults, helping them access their own inner wisdom to heal and move through difficult life experiences through an eclectic approach that emphasizes the therapeutic relationship. She incorporates mindfulness, guided meditations, trauma-informed therapies, psychedelic/ketamine assisted therapy, EMDR, IFS, and art therapy. Through these modalities, she works to give her clients unique embodied experiences to help them identify and challenge learned belief systems related to traumas and difficult life experiences. Alison strongly believes that with a calm and regulated nervous system, individuals can attune to their own needs, deepen their understanding of themselves, and address life’s challenges from a place of strength and groundedness.
Alison seeks to help her clients connect with their inner wisdom and hold compassionate space for all parts of themselves. As a witness and facilitator in healing, she orients her life around learning and growing.

Alison McGinty grew up in rural Nevada and moved to the Front Range in 2004. She received an MA in Transpersonal Psychology and Art Therapy from Naropa University in 2012. In 2022, she completed a 10 month certification program in psychedelic assisted therapy from Naropa University.

Cassandra Murphy, MA, LMHC, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Greetings! I’m a licensed professional/mental health counselor in the states of CO and FL. I have been practicing psychotherapy in both group and individual contexts (inpatient and outpatient settings) with various populations and levels of acuity for 6 years. I’ve been exposed to the power of psychedelic use in a healing capacity for 15+ years, witnessing and experiencing firsthand the life-altering changes that come to fruition as a result.

I take pride not only in my compassionate, empathetic approach with clients, but in my ability to relate to the human experience.

My theoretical background includes a solution-focused approach with some eclectic implementation of person-centered, CBT, DBT, and reality therapy based interventions. It is incredibly important to me that I provide therapeutic mental health services in a fashion that can help all of my clients better understand their purpose; better understand the world around them; and allow them to move through life with a sense of balance – while focusing overall on feeling like the best version of themselves.

Sara Feldman

Client Care Coordinator,
Certified Psychedelic Integration Coach and Guide

As a Client Care Coordinator, I speak with potential clients, sharing with them what we do here, and answering all questions about the ketamine experience and the process here. As a Guide, I prepare clients for their infusions, sometimes sitting with them during the experience and start the integration work with them afterwards. I also coach clients in between infusions to help them make the lasting changes they seek

Being a former Waldorf Teacher, I love to bring warmth, insight, and creativity to all aspects of my work. I am an avid fan of dogs (I have 2), comfier in the water than on dry land, and love to grow and share mushrooms.
A fun thing about me is that when I was a little girl, I would visit a commune in the Palo Alto hills in California, and my favorite times there were sitting in a large treehouse where Joan Baez would sing and play guitar for me and my friends.

At NeuConnections we understand that each person’s journey is unique, which is why collaboration and coaching are at the heart of our methodology. This is central to Theo’s own philosophy that recognizes that an integrative approach that addresses the foundational elements of ideal wellness and pairs perfectly with the NeuConnections philosophy regarding Ketamine Therapy. We keep the client at the forefront of change and progression, ensuring that the catalyst for growth and transformation in every individual’s life arrives from within.
