With this new initiative putting Colorado on the front lines of a mental health revolution, NeuConnections is proud to be a part of the mental health community that specializes in unique and effective treatments. Much of what our clinic is founded on is a wealth of psychedelic experience with natural plant medicines. We are confident in saying that the experience we bring to the table combined with our medical and mental health knowledge will provide the most comprehensive and knowledgeable facilitators of psychedelic and natural plant medicine.
Proposition 122, Access to Natural Psychedelic Substances, has passed in Colorado making the facilitation of natural plant medicines or medicinal psychedelics for therapeutic functions finally available once the legislature is put into place. This measure legalized psilocybin and psilocin, two compounds found in “magic mushrooms” for use in therapeutic settings like ours where our team of licensed professionals and psychedelic experts will ensure your safety and care every step of the way.
Natural Medicines
According to Proposition 122, Natural Medicines include psilocybin, psilocin, ibogaine, mescaline, and dimethyltryptamine, or DMT. These medicines have shown strong results in treating PTSD, depression, addiction, anxiety, and other mental health issues. They also can give peace to those experiencing terminal illnesses and end-of-life struggles. Most of these natural medicines have been used for centuries by indigenous people as rites of passage, healing medicines, spiritual journeys, and more. After all the years of progress and setbacks, we are finally nearing a place to offer this valuable natural medicine to our community.

Our team is founded by explorers and trailblazers, those who knew there was more than the standards given to us by the powers that be. Knowing that we had to fit into the boxes given to us led us down the professional paths we tread so that we could provide professional care. But we knew there was more. There was more than “take this pill and it will be ok”. Our growth as individuals within this organization has taken us through the natural plant medicine world for over 20 years when it was stigmatized. The healing powers that these natural medicines provide have been well aware to this team and now is the time we can share that knowledge with others.
The foundation built by our understanding of natural medicines laid the framework for implementing ketamine therapy in a holistic manner while being medically facilitated. We leverage our wealth of personal experience and that understanding to be THE BEST at facilitating an introspective and powerful journey.
We are proud to be experts in curating the Mindset and Setting for those on their Journey of healing. We are knowledgeable in “the trip” and exploring “the space”.
